"...We began the journey of service providing free counseling to women victimized by violence, donating clothing and food to the homeless and HIV/Aids communities. Providing support and volunteering in the prison system as well as, women shelters. The journey of serving and giving back to the community has been a great joy and humbling experience. We are excited about the expansion and growth of MHT Family Life Center, the opportunity to provide pastoral counseling, pastoral care, and life, health, and wellness coaching to the wider community."

Partner with us in our effort
to offer 10 counseling
scholarships to support trauma victims.
In the United States each year more than 10 million women and men are victims of DV. DV affects 1 out of 4 women and 1 in 3 men in their lifetime and IPV account for 15% of all violent crimes.
Moreover, research shows transgendered persons are 1.7 times more likely to experience IPV when compared to cisgenders.
DV does not discriminate and continues to plague our society causing trauma, harm, and death.
Let us work together to put an end to the violence that dehumanizes the mind, body, and spirit of those who experience violence at the hands of a perpetrator.
The core of our trauma and grief work is to education faith organizations, support victims, and communities.
We believe that we are stronger together and when we work together, we can shut out darkness and bring light that transforms, heals, empowers, and re-authors the life of every victim.
Putting an end to DV and IPV is a necessity to stop the trauma that plagues the soul of the victim, their family, our community, and larger society.
Our commitment to partner with DV organizations is an important part of the work we do as a 501c3 faith based nonprofit organization.
We stand in solidarity and join the fight to end the violence that perpetrates the mind, body, and spirit of persons who suffer these atrocities.
Commit to partner and fight with us today.

Counseling helps clients discover their voice and articulate their feelings. The goal of counseling is to assist clients to develop healthy coping skills, identify goals, improve communication, build self-esteem, create boundaries, and encourage behavior and habit change.
Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
100%! What happens in the therapeutic encounter remains between the counselor and client.
The time that your counseling or coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
