We are thrilled to announce our current initiative through our community spotlight made possible through Tidel at Union Seminary. The work and leadership of Rev. Dr. Wanda and Rev. Dr. Myrna and their combined 48-plus years of experience creating a safe and healing environment for Black clergy women lead them to this initiative to promote healing and intentional self-care practices.
The program is designed to combine elements of spirituality, self-care, and empowerment through education and practical application.
Through education and practical application, the program is aimed at aspects of wellness utilizing a 20-week program integrating education and real-life approaches to manage and support Black clergy women’s mental health.
The goal is to expand the program to all women in ministry. The intent is to develop resources to support life challenges that impact their overall mental health, create balance, and foster self-care practices as they walk out their calling to serve God.
Rev. Dr. Wanda and Rev. Dr. Myrna have worked together for more than 6 years to offer and create holding spacing for Black women in ministry through the RISE Together National Mentorship Network for Women of Color in Ministry. Spaces that nurture and foster, heal and transform, make whole and restore, and promote empowerment and liberation and self-care practices that are life-giving.
MHT Family Life Center wholeheartedly supports their initiative, utilizing their faith, commitment to God, and emphasis on self-care and empowerment through education and practical application to foster overall wellness in the lives of Black clergy women's mental health.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
100%! What happens in the therapeutic encounter remains between the counselor and client.
The time that your counseling or coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
